Do universities normally start with constitutional/admin law, or something else?

Foreign student here, only starting in 8 months but I've got the textbooks already, so I thought I'd just get started on the reading Any other tips would be nice as well. Thanks in advance!

really depends on the university in question

the university course website should detail what courses are taught each year.
