Employer didn't answer after I send him my convinient time for interview. What should I write in email to ask him when would be the best time for him?

Was he expecting you to say a time on the same day?

He may well not have got it that day or not been available. I would send another email saying something along the lines of 'I apologise for not giving more notice, these are the approximate times I am available over the next week, do any of these match with your schedule?'. Next time give more dates than the same day.
