So I should carry on weight training?

Yes! If you enjoy, go for it! Just remember to maintain good form; that's perhaps the only aspect of weight-training that can potentially limit your height as an injury could harm your posture, e.g a super heavy squat or deadlift can **** you up big time, so take extra care for those two lifts when it comes to form. The only other things that determine your height are your genetics and nutrition, but the latter only contributes that extra 5-10%

You haven't stunted your growth. It's a massive myth

Hi,
I'd like to get straight to the point.
I'm 15 (16 next month) and have been weightlifting for a couple of months ( 5) however I am also 5"10. Before weightlifting I was 5"10 and I have not grown one bit. Have I stunted my growth? And if not why have I not? And if I have, what can I do about it?

Thanks for reading!
