Whenever i engage in some sort of argument or debate with my friends, I always find I can't convey my thoughts out in a verbal way properly. Whenever I do talk, I always get this mindblank and I start to automatically panic because I can't think of what to say quickly enough compared to my friends. I recently had an interview for a gap year placement and I remember I took my time with the answers I gave so I could think them through properly. But even then, my mind goes blank and stays that way so I end up having to say some stuff that doesn't make sense.
Anyone know how I can be more articulate and get rid of these mindblanks? If anyone knows of any places/ courses which help you with things like this it will be a massive help

Is it an anxiety response you are having or does your mind just go blank but you feel fine? CBT or Steps to Wellbeing an be helpful for social anxiety in situations like that.
