# S1 Probability Question watch

1. Stuck on parts e, f & g. The probability that any one game is drawn is 0.5 confuses me.

Part a) says that P(K1 win first game) is 0.3. From that you've assumed that P(K2 win first game) is 0.7.

But part b) gives you more information : P(any game drawn) = 0.5. So for the first game:

P(K1 win) = 0.3
P(Draw) = 0.5
P(K2 win) = 0.2

You'll need to add an extra branch to each stage of your diagram to include the 'draw' possibility.
