I wear sunscreen but they are visible, and I'm in my early 20s, I feel so ugly to girls. I take care of my skin too!

Is there anything I can do like get them lasered.

    Hey there,

Spider veins are natural and there's not much you can do to 'prevent' them from appearing.

How long have you had spider veins for? Usually they're meant to disappear within a few weeks but if they're the sort to stay there for a prolonged amount of time, then there are some methods to help get rid of this.

The best thing to do is go to your GP and express your concern about the condition and they'll probably suggest to you removal methods such as laser surgery or a procedure called Sclerotherapy where they inject a solution into the veins so that it can close the veins, thus reducing their appearance. Don't be reliant that these solutions will be what they recommend to you, but it's best to go and ask anyway to see what they say anyway.
