I've applied for English Lang&Lit. But I just don't know what I want to do with it. I need to make a decision fast but it's so damn hard

    Mainly:
    Investment Banking
    Strategy Consulting
    Corporate Law

    or

Product Management at Google/Facebook/Microsoft (unlikely, as the competition is nigh on impossible)

Going to be doing Maths and Computer Science at Warwick.

Well, the degree isn't really the focus (I just something I want to do) but the university definitely will play a part. Warwick has been traditionally targeted by every brand name IB, Consulting firm and Law firm out there. These fields just care about hiring smart, motivated and committed people into their cohorts. Any traditional degree subject will be good enough to break into these.

Of course, if I wanted to pursue a more relevant career (say as an algorithmic trader, quant trader, software engineer etc) then my degree would most certainly give me the upper hand.
