i started singing to myself to cope with a slight speech impediment as apparently it helps it to sing. It has helped me to speak more clearly so i have just kept it up out of habit and because i enjoy it x

I am always singing to myself (in my head), can't get music out of my head ever!
In public, I do keep myself from singing aloud, but I still do either tap my feet, move my head, etc, to a beat or tune in my head, which nobody else can hear, which is sometimes awkward.

I'm a boy. Don't think this is just women.
