I never thought I'd be in this position, but there's a guy in the year below me (year ten) who is really nice and really good looking and he like me a lot. I'm really tall, and I always find it hard to find blokes taller than me, and he is my height, and to be fair he has a kind of beard going on, so doesn't necessarily look a lot younger than me. We're about 20 months apart in age, which seems like nothing, but would it be weird if we dated? I feel like it makes me seem like I can't get with people my own age hahhaa...
I'm not even sure if I like him as much as he likes me yet, but if he asks me out, the only reason I'd say no is because of the age thing, which he clearly doesn't see as a problem. Is it shallow to worry about this?
(I am a girl, by the way)

can I also add that I've always found it strange how it's more 'acceptable' for guys to get with younger girls than vice-versa, (and yet I worry about it )

and also this is not normal among people I know, and they would most probably find it weird.

    Seriously 20 months?

    That's nothing.

    It's normal; go for it.

Perfectly normal. The idea that the girl should be younger than her significant other is so old-fashioned.
