    Mark Scheme:

    http://qualifications.pearson.com/co...s_20130307.pdf

    Question 1-A

By looking at the mark scheme, it seems they want us to make a right-angled triangle with height 2 and hypotenuse 6,that bisects the angle 2theta.

However, when I try to draw up that triangle, it is not hypotenuse that is 6, but the width. The hypotenuse comes to 2 root 10. The places where the circle touch OA or OB aren't 2cm away from A or B, AFAIK, so why does the mark scheme use the 6 as hypotenuse?
