    Can anyone who's doing Edexcel A-level Biology (Salters Nuffield) explain to me how to work out this question...

    Q3a) (i) The student wanted to compare the size of the aorta and the vena cava of the heart.
    She determined the cross-sectional area of the aorta, which was 72.22mm^2.
    She also measured the diameter of the vena cava which was 17.0mm

    Calculate the difference in the cross-sectional area of the vena cava and the aorta.
