I receive at least a call once every few days from scam services (not just people, but also automated services claiming I owe money etc), I hang up and block these numbers, yet still receive them constantly.

Some of them even know details about me, e.g. I had a call from someone pretending to work at the bank I am with), knew my name and everything. Once they started asking for personal information and my card details, I knew it was fraud and a scam so hung up. Called my bank gave them the number and they confirmed it was scam and to block this caller from now on.

This has happened multiple times, not just with banks but also people claiming to work for my phone network etc and many others.

Does anyone know how they get my details and number?

Some companies may give your details.
The ones that only know your number may just be calling random numbers.
