When applying for student finance, do you put that you are eligible for NHS funded bursaries or not? As I thought we could apply for small bursaries from the NHS to help with living costs, but if you put yes it says all of your tuition fees will be paid for which is wrong?

You don't get nhs bursaries until fifth year.

Yup.
That option applies more to nurses etc who also have their fees paid by the nhs (well until the government stops that next year).

I have seen the email from UCAS about applying for student finance, is it best to apply now? (I have an offer from King's undergrad)

TBH I wouldn't bother until you've heard back from all your choices. You'll still have plenty of time to do it.
