    Hi, I'm 13 (female) and am wanting to create a social experiment/prank kinda YouTube Channel. First I'd like to know if this is a good age?too young? Also about the rules that about filmIing peoplemail without their consent. Last, any tips?

    There are enough of these 'pranking' channels and they all end up doing the same things at some point. The popular ones are just straight up idiots that take things too far, like this flaming idiot:
