The main purpose is to wake me up a bit, it isn't going to make me lose much weight I know but I am going to do more exercise in the afternoon. Would this be a good quick 'workout' for the morning:
50 squats, 40 bicycle crunches and a 30 second plank??

Thats okay as long as youre having the adequete nutrition before or after your workouts!

Personally I would suggest something like jump rope instead (i used to do it every morning when i woke up for 5min HIIT And its good for melting fat!)
