Hi, as a potential new student to start in September 2016, I am wondering which halls are the best for first year students. By 'best' I mean which is known to be liveliest? I need to book my accommodation soon and I don't want to end up staying somewhere quiet.
    Thank you

grand central is certainly the party accommodation but also comes with draw backs such as that due to it being a listed building all bathrooms are shared. Also, there is no living room or shared area apart from the small kitchen. if you want the typical student experience grand central is definitely your best bet. Marybone accommodation is also similar but a bit out of the way from town and the universities. But its Liverpool so all halls will be lively and everywhere is close to town so good luck with your choice
