So I'm in year 11 right now and choosing my sixth form subjects
However I don't know what I want to do when I'm older, but I love maths.
What jobs would require a lot of maths?
    I don't like physics.

Finance is good. Or Economics. (I'm assuming you're not a sciencey person).
They're also good for £££££££ careers.
Pick things you enjoy but that aren't too soft IMO.

Can you do well at them? You can always do chem and then drop it, so long as you do well and enjoy everything else you're doing
