    Hi,

I have Borderline Personality Disorder which attracts a heck of lot of symptoms such as rapid mood changing for example.

My mental ill health has had me needing to repeat a year and now I am back in the same boat. This time unsure if I will get any funding. Disability dept are aware and I have adjustments in place.

Biggest fall down is exams! No matter the adjustments exams are going to cripple me. The stress brings on the voices and it's a disaster. Another is getting essays in on time mainly due to lacking motivation. Yet I can sit in bed and read away.

Had a OD recently and spent a short time within hospital getting treated for the OD. Since then I have found dealing with life in general tough and struggle to even do basic things.

Feel like I am letting myself down and the university

Hey, are you currently receiving any treatment? If the stress is a problem, maybe looking at stress reduction, maybe mindfulness exercises?

I take a few medications and yeah stress is the biggest thing for me. Nearly ten years with this and still yet to find something to help the stress to be fair.

Have you ever done DBT? Or any other therapies? DBT can be very helpful with the stress and BPD in general.
