    Hi guys,
I am currently a first year student studying biology, after being discouraged from applying to midwifery when I was in 6th form (a number of factors contributed to this, my mum worked for the NHS and is NOT complimentary about it, and my 6th form were keen to push people into 'academic' degrees).
So now I'm in a proper pickle, and would like to reapply for midwifery, but ucas has closed. Any pointers/experience??
I'm kicking myself for listening to those who said 'just wait bit longer'

Apply as a late applicant. I don't think UCAS is closed, you'll just be listed as late. Phone the unis and ask if they'll take a late application. Worst case you end up looking through clearing or applying next year
