Hi! Thank you! I just need the method for that! How should I write it? And,how can I show that interval training can reduce mussel fatigue? Thanks!

which science are you struggling with most?
when i don't understand things i always make sure to ask my teacher to go through it again or, if im at home, watch a video on it (mygcsescience ftw) or a revision book.
try to go through things slowly to find a good way of explaining it to yourself
