Heavy weights @ low reps of about 8 to 10. Do three sets or so

Gradually increase the heaviness of the weights and work your way up
thanks but im trying to avoid becoming a weight lifter, would doing press ups and chin ups evry morning be much use? ( ive got a kinda bunk bed so can use the wooden barrier thing)

It depends what you want...do you want muscular arms or bigger arms? Being muscular doesn't necessarily mean being big. It's actually much easier do get muscular and get a six-pack when you don't have much body mass.
You'll need to combine sport/working out and a different diet. Plenty of protein is what they say.

it was a pathetic attempt at flirtation, i like slight muscle on the arms of girls, it gives them great athleticism concerning their arm/hand - i like it

Chinups are a bicep exercise(albeit a compound one, theyll also work your back alot) so doing them would be of benefit, not every morning though. once/twice a week is fine, make sure after youve exceeded 2 sets of 10 reps that you strat strapping weight onto yourself whilst doing them, otherwise the exercise becomes pointless. You could always just buy some weights and do some bicep curls..thatll work too

Best tip to increase the size of your biceps:

Instead of just doing the arm curls when your standing up, rest your elbow on a flat surface so that the wait lies on it, that way you work the muscles that are specifically around the bicep area, and they grow, or look bigger soon.

so would doing them everyday not be as effective as twice a week  instead of strapping on weights could i not just increase the number of reps.
thanks

Your muscles grow whilst resting not whilst doing the exercise, and doing more reps wont increase the intensity enough to stimulate hypertrophy so you wont get noticeable gains..
