If so what is the device you read on?
I do not want to get a kindle as i feel it is a waste of money in my opinion.
If you read on a phone which phone do you use? do you find it comfortable do your eyes feel strained?

I do also prefer having the physical book, because reading on a tablet does hurt my eyes after a while.. or make me sleepy for some reason. I use iBooks on my iPad sometimes.

I used to love books, but reading at night is a pain, especially when you have to keep holding the spine back on new books.

Oh, and it's cheaper to pick up a second hand book than buy a digital copy
Don't even like new books, slightly rough-looking ones are the best

Nope. I've read some on my tablet but it just wasn't the real thing. I love paper editions, hardback > everything.

I occasionally read them on my iPhone, but only when I don't have my Kindle (Paperwhite) with me. The Kindle app syncs books and bookmarks across devices, which is nice. The Kindle is far more comfortable to read on though. I also use an iPad for reading textbooks, and whilst it's better than the iPhone and the pictures are obviously much better than on a Kindle, it's still not fantastic. It just tends to be tiring reading a backlit screen for extended periods of time.

If I was doing an essay on a book that I didn't really want to have a physical copy of I'd sometimes get an ebook to read on my PC, but besides that I can't stand them. Always much prefer to have the real thing.

I sometimes read on my iPad! I do appreciate the portability and the fact you can read from it in the dark, but personally I prefer physical books! Just received a massive order from Wordery the other day and it was the best feeling in the world!

I hate electronic books. Physical books are much better, turning the pages bring so much pleasure

I read on my phone but only because I don't have anything else. Sometimes I get headaches after reading for a long period of time.
