Anyone on a year abroad?

I'm currently on a year abroad (I study biology with German at UoB) and thought it'd be nice to have a place for other UoB people to chat and get to know each other - especially as it'd be nice to know a couple of people when we get back next year! It might help combat loneliness too - one of my friends from home is at Lancaster and she's on a year abroad here, she finds reminiscing about Lancaster helps haha! Plus it might be a nice place to go for support if needed :smile: So what/where are people studying/working?

I'm Anita, I'm in Berlin studying biology at Freie Universität for the year :smile:
