    Your metabolism have very little to do with how easily you put on weight.

    Definitely looking back at pictures from a year ago and seeing how much weight I've lost and also that I find it easier exercise and have more energy now I've lost a stone and a half. Getting compliments from people like my bf doesn't hurt either

    I get a lot of physique compliments which help. Far leaner than the "average joe". But I still think I'm a little "chubby" sometimes haha.
