    All I now is that I usually take naps that last between 20 mins and 2 hours :woo:

    Naps don't work for me

    I fall asleep and wake up the next morning :indiff:

    Lol once I woke up at 7pm and thought it was AM and got ready for school and all that :toofunny:

    I've done that before :rofl: It messed my brain up for about a day xD

    its ok if you nap- its all part of development plus apparently a power nap is great for revision

    I sometimes have a 1-3 hour nap (it varies) because I only sleep for around 4/5 hours a night
