Hi, my family has plans to buy a vacation house but we can't afford to pay it in cash right now. I heard about home loans who gives fixed rates. I want then to pay in installment and apply for a loan. What do you think? I have no experience yet in applying for a loan. What can you suggest?

Is a vacation house an essential? If you're struggling to find the money for it, I would be considering not buying one!

Re-mortgage your main home and use the equity release to buy a holiday home.
