I am doing OCR AS biology and it says that for optical microscopes, resolution is 200nm however it is limited because it's part of the electromagnetic spectrum and has a wavelength of 400-700nm meaning anything smaller cannot be detected.
Does this not mean its resolution is 400nm then?
