    Is he right?

I think he is. They aren't refugees if they are in France, never mind Europe. Could have been worded better, but essentially, they are a "bunch" of economic migrants.

He should have stuck with "swarm".

How can he not be? There is more than a couple, meaning there is a bunch of them, and they are migrating (whether they are legitimate refugees or not). Corbyn did, indeed, meet a bunch of migrants.

Why? Are they not human beings?
As much as you dislike migrants it's not okay to refer to them as a 'swarm'

Swarm can legitimately be referred to as a group of human beings.

    http://www.thefreedictionary.com/swarm

It seems like a very accurate word to use given the further descriptions:

especially when in turmoil or moving in mass

    Read definition 2:

It is perfectly reasonable to use "swarm" of humans. The word is descriptive of both numbers and behaviour, and most certainly applicable to what the migrants are doing around lorries, cars and journalists in Calais.

They are a swarm though. I suggest you take a look at the scenes in Calais. The way they ravage through the lorries and attack the authorities is very swarm like

Regardless of how much I dislike Cameron, it does seem that this whole "outrage" is nothing more than a sensationalised non story. "Bunch of migrants" doesn't seem offensive to me, and it's an accurate description. Pretty harmless and insignificant comment really.

I study English Literature, and the use of the word 'bunch' is abhorrent, it is an outrageous thing to say about people.

I am quite literally beside myself with rage.

I have written a very strongly worded letter to my local MP (another despicable white male Tory), and would willingly sign a petition to have Mr Cameron apologise. Not just once, but many, many times, to show just how outraged I truly am.

He should have used the term 'group', were he not an evil, racist bigot.

Shame on him. Shame on all of the evil party.
I don't know if you are kidding??

Assuming you ARE serious I can't see what is wrong with the word. I associate "bunch" with an assortment of sweet smelling, beautiful flowers. Or equally sweet tasting grapes.

How does your study of English Literature lead you to find it so abhorrent?

    I study English Literature
How is that relevant? Surely such a person would know that literature is a common noun and does not require an initial capital letter?

How does that work? Is it like having a mirror image? Or an identical twin?

I really hope they run with this attack. Hopefully it will drown out the Google thing, and it won't appeal to anyone except people who already hate the Tories.
