There are no real tournaments for Minecraft, none that pay anyone's wages. Fifa has touraments but the prize money is also very little. Playing on your computer for a couple hours a day doesn't make you a pro gamer. The name of the people or whatever it is you "work" for also returned no results.
The only way I see minecraft actually producing an income is if you are a youtuber. Are you a youtuber?
