Gravimetric Analysis of Copper

For my chemistry coursework I have to determine the concentration of Cu (II) ions in unknown Copper Sulphate solution But I am really unsure of the process. Could anyone please tell me what is the equation of the reaction, I know I have to use excess zinc and buchner flask and so forth but unsure how it all works...
Many thanks for any help
