Do you believe in capital punishment?

I believe that it is justified for people who has committed heinous crimes but my problem like for many others is the problem of killing innocent people because it always seems to be an eventuality from the death penalty policy
I'd support it in rare cases, for Hitlers etc.

No but life should actually mean life. They should rot in jail until they die.
