help before my relationship crumbles





hey people, i really need to talk to some people out here, as i think my relationship is about to cumble, ive been feeling really bad for a while and today was the worst days of my life. i wanted to try and commit suicide and my fiance came looking for me and he found me on the bridge. i punched myself so hard and bashed my head several, but its becoz ive been thinkin really bad with my thoughts and feelings, waiting for a therapist is takin so long docs thought i had to go and see a dietion but its not tht i need a therapist and im really tempting to give up my life as i cant take my bad thoughts anymore.:frown: :confused:

:hugs: First off, don't think about ending your life! It sounds clichéd, but it won't solve anything. Things may seem bad, but unless you push through them they won't get any better. Just try not to think any of those bad thoughts, focus on things you enjoy like your interests, and of course your fiancée, and try to push them to the back of your mind, out of the way where they can't affect you. You will hopefully be able to see a therapist soon, you've just got to push forward until then, and just think how much better everything will seem after a few sessions. Maybe try and speak to your doctor again, explain how much you feel that you need help right now - but please, whatever you do, don't give up your life :hugs: It won't solve anything, rather just hurt those around you who care about you. Just try to think positive, do things you enjoy, and talk about your worries and bad thoughts rather than letting them control you :smile:
