Double room within student house

I am renting out a double bedroom within a student house in salford, right next to IQ Salford accomodation, easy transport links to any universities although Salford is more ideal. There is already an 18 yr old female student living there and I'm just looking for someone to take over my tennancy, ideally another female student. If you have any questions just pm me :smile:
