Because there is very little support for men, I have compiled some advice based on real experiences such as this story
http://www.avoiceformen.com/mens-rig...en-beat-women/

and this

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZ27W2K12fk

.You're not weak. A lot of men are abused but, due to society, they do not talk about it. (53% of DV victims are male)

.If a girl gets overly angry about you starring at other girls, you should consider ending the relationship, as there is nothing wrong about it, it only leads to depression. Watch this (especially if you are a woman)

.Don't try the legal system, even if you are the victim, in my work experience and from research I know that this will most likely get you in big trouble. This will ruin your work prospects.

.It is not uncommon for your girlfriend to be violent, in fact, 70% of all domestic violence is initiated by women, if this happens, report it to the authorities and leave her.

Don't tolerate domestic abuse.

This is regarding an episode of Jeremy Kyle, where a guy said he was locked in by his girlfriend and was forced to jump out the window, the audience laughed and Jeremy responded like this;

It's sad to see that society doesn't care for men. However, there is a huge shift of support for men, progress is being made.
