Everyone knows that it is an intensive course and I really want to get the most out of it, obviously. I want it so bad and achieve the best I can. However, I'm worried that moving away will hinder my grades. Any opinions or advice would be fab.

It depends on your work ethic, if you want it as badly as you say, moving out will make no difference to how well you achieve. you need to figure out if commuting will be better, where you will lose time for not being able to work on assignments, or if living at uni will benefit you more as you have the library close by which has all you need and you wont lose as much time going to and from uni.
