Uncle, please don't. She's getting married, just leave it. It's too late

    How this plays out:

    - you confess feelings
    - she rejects your feelings
    - you lose your friend
    - you cry

Your wish to communicate your feelings implies your belief in the possibility that they may have some agency or effect. She has chosen her partner over all others, and for life. She didn't speak to you about a potential relationship between yourselves prior to becoming engaged, did she? So it's not reciprocated. Say nothing. This is real life not a romcom.
