Electromagnetic Induction Homework

A square wire frame ABCD, of side 12.0cm is held perpendicular to a uniform magnetic field (as shown by the upwards arrows) of 0.400 T

The frame is withdrawn horizontally towards the observer and is removed from the field in a time of 0.400s, The total resistance around the wire is 5.00

Calculate the average e.m.f generated in the frame {2}
Calculate the average current {2}

I think i'm over complicating this, can anybody help please?

ϕB=B.da\phi_B = \oint \vec{B}.\vec{da}

dϕB/dt=ϵ -d\phi_B/dt=\epsilon

Initial flux is B*L^2, final flux is 0
change in flux with time is -BL^2/t

So EMF is BL^2/t = 0.4*0.12^2/0.4 = 0.0144 V
