To put it simply, I am 24, and I am suffering from erectile dysfunction. Today I was going to have sex with a new partner, she is bloody beautiful, the most beautiful girl I have had yet. She looks exactly the same as Millie Mackintosh, she is chilled out and it was all going well.

When it came to it, I came prematurely whilst trying to get myself into her vagina. I just could not, it was not the condom either. I just couldn't get hard enough to penetrate. She's going away for a bit so it will be next Saturday that I see her again.

I have had the problem before with a previous partner and that caused the break up. I am just not coping very well with it mentally and basically need some advice on how to address the issue so that when I see her next time things are ok.

I do think it is partly to do with porn, I have been watching too much and when it comes to real girls in real life it is really ****ing things up.

I recommend going to see a hypnotherapist/psychotherapist. There are some even who deal specifically with psychosexual disorders such as erectile dysfunction.

It's so soul destroying seriously, and physically frustrating. I have had 2 beautiful girls who I have had this problem with. When I am not in a relationship, I end up watching a lot of porn, and when you try to withdraw from it, it is very difficult.

use an erectile/c*ck sleeve. It's a sleeve you can wear over your penis to keep it rigid for sex. it benefits a lot of guys with ED.
You can get sleeves in any sex shop, try lovehoney

there are many existing external erectile devices for men with ED, sleeves, c*ck ring, etc

Not sure you can blame porn on this, think you just need practice yourself to last longer. Maybe do stay away from watching porn, remember it could be worse. Maybe also don't start with penetetration but try other things before that and use your hands too.

Just stop watching it then , it's not that hard and it's good for you.
