PGCE - need to secure own practical training placement - but where ?? Watch

    I am trying to apply for a PGCE course - but as I am concentration on general education for post-compulsory education basically I can do my placement anywhere/ that does any course for age 14 years to adult - but I have no idea what companies I can contact who offers training course to let me do my 3 hour per week practical training with - any advice???

    What? Are you referring to the minimum 2 weeks experience needed for a PGCE application?

    This can be done in any school, just contact them.
    Or School Experience Programme on the Get Into Teaching website may be available for you.

    as part of the pgce I need to complete 75 hours practical (part time or 150 hours full time for the year). as I have no subject specialism & am just doing education I cannot teach a subject in schools/ colleges. I am applying for pgce post-compulsory (to teach adults) but need to know where I can secure a placement
