I never really used to procrastinate, in fact I was the one working whilst everyone else had fun, but over the last couple of years I have become quite a procrastinator! Rather than sitting and getting a load of work done, I do bits and look up things online or on my phone in between. Also, I want to freelance write but my procrastination with regards to writing is terrible, I want to do it but I just end up spending time online, feel tired, watch tv, do my other hobbies and writing just gets neglected, does anybody have any tips to avoid this?

I find taking short breaks makes it easier. If I work for hours, I'll just get bored. If I do an hour, get up and then get something to eat (or just even go for a walk) it's easier to work and I don't get quite as bored.
