    I used to be shy and quiet when I was younger so I took drama as a GCSE to build confidence and learn how to speak clearly and in front of an audience. Within a year I had changed, gained confidence, learnt to be myself and gained self-esteem.

    Practise talking to people outside your comfort zone and maybe at uni when doing presentations and working in group you'll become more confident in talking by the time your a pharmacist
    I also took GCSE drama. It didnt help though lol

    I am someone who acts like an extrovert in public yet I never reveal much about myself / rarely talk to people unless they talk to me via email, text, social media, etc...

    so yes, it is possible

    I would disagree. If you become more extroverted whilst drunk then you're naturally an extrovert, just shy. A true introvert will be quiet and not very talkative even when drunk.
