Not good at all. Even if someone was upfront and told me to my face, I'd probably still be oblivious lol.

I'm a girl and I can never tell if someone likes me or is even being flirty with me. So yeah, I'm in the same boat.
I never know when someone is interested or just being friendly. I can say that trying to understand you guys is just as hard as you trying to understand us girls.

I don't know about you guys but I'm terrible at this sort of thing.
Girl is being friendly to me, has lunch with me, goes out with me for dinner, texts me every day, calls me occasionally, we get along well.... In my head I'm going through her behavior, thinking if she likes me. I'm like, screw it, gotta go for it.. I asked her out and she's like "I only see you as a friend!". Don't you just hate that...
So then I'm doing research on how to tell if a girl likes you and I'm thinking "okay, I'm gonna look out for these things". I talk to girls using my new found knowledge and observe their behavior. Girl is playing with her hair, smiling, laughing at my jokes, nudging my arm randomly... In my head I'm thinking "yes, this HAS to be signs". I asked her out and she's like "I don't even like you that way!". *jumps off bridge*
So yeah, I'm just terrible at reading signs from girls. Either I'm just naturally crap at it or I'm just unlucky (probably the former). What about you guys? Share your stories!

Quite good. I could tell when three guys were crushing on me back in school

The signs you're reading are signs they like you, but it's up to you to encourage them to see you in a different light/attract them/to an extent make them like you 'that way'. If you never come across as remotely composed, self-assured, self-interested, dominant, challenging, or stimulating (including in terms of being a 'sexual person') to them, then no matter how nice a guy you are, or how funny your jokes, you're unlikely to attract very many wenchfolk. See my related threads (this thread, and links within the OP in it) + my website (in my sig) for further info

It's not like any girl has ever liked me, so I have no idea

I'm horrible at figuring out things like these.
