    I was on a diet for almost a year. I haven't lost much weight, but dropped down two sizes which is great I think! What I meant is to know if you're loosing weight you should pay attention to your clothes, not to the scales.
    And what about loosing weight advice, I like fasting days. 1 fasting day per week + healthy eating on other days = -2 sizes)
