1. The difference between weight and mass

2. The difference between speed and velocity

weight is measured in newtons and mass is measured in kilograms
weight is a vector quantity and mass is a scalar quantity

speed is distance travelled over time and velocity is displacement over time.
speed is a scalar quantity and velocity is a vector quantity

Weight is the force exerted by gravity on your mass(mesured in newtons) and mass is your actual dry body mass(measured in kg or grams)

Velocity is speed in a given direction and speed can be in any direction.
