I don't understand how I weigh more when he has more muscle? watch

    My mate is the exactly the same height as me, has more muscle than me and has been lifting longer than me, yet somehow he doesn't weigh as much as me.

    I weigh 210lbs and have a prett yaverage level of muscle.

    He weighs 187lbs and has very obvious and good muscle.

    It doesn't make sense.

    I'm not fat... well not noticibly. I take care of what I eat.

    It doesn't make sense to me.

    Your diets could be different or it could be a genetic thing.

    It sounds like you have more fat than him which explains why a) you weigh more and b) why his muscles are more prominent, if he did a cut and has lower BF % his muscles would be more obvious and he would also weigh less
