What are you unclear about re. entity relationships?
i know how they work but some are unclear, when it asks i.e. patient to doctor is fine, its when it gets gay like " order quantity, manufacture " etc, thats when it becomes unclear

Just think of relationships as one entity 'belonging to' another, as in 'entity A has an entity B' or 'entity a has some entity b's'. The nature of the relationship is based on 'ownership' and whether or not there is more than one entity instance belonging to another entity.

Post an example if you don't understand it.
it doesnt matter there is too much to learn, its not like physics or chem where you can apply it, you actually have to learn so much in this subject and i mean SO MUCH

Just try to think of the entities as which entity owns which other entity, which entities belong to other entities. You know the types of relationships, its just a matter of applying them to a practical problem. As long as you don't lose sight of the original problem as in how do the entities relate to real life objects then you should be able to figure out the relationships.
yeah i know how they work, many patients to one doctor ( eg ) one ward to many patients its just......... theres soooo much tro learn it seems
