When were you fully able to?

I'm 21 and I have hair covering my whole face (obviously the beard section).

If I let it grow my chin, the under side of jaw are well covered, but the sides only grows pubic hair...

All my male siblings have beards!

    How old are you?

I think I started growing facial hair at like 14-15. It was only fluff at the time and I didn't have to shave all to often. By like 17 my goatee was growing and I had to shave every 3-4 days. Now at 21 my goatee takes 2 days before I look ragged, but the facial hair on the side doesn't grow at the same length

I've read that your beard can develop later on in life, but generally you have to see the beards in your family tree
