    Has anyone tried this before? Flat BB bench your bodyweight for as many reps as you can.


    I hit 83kg for 24 reps today after a few sets of 100kg for warm up. Probably not the best idea.

    Can't even one rep max my body weight. (85kg)

    I did bw CGBP post deadlifts, overhead press and rows and got 10. Probs got 15 in me
