I seriously have no clue why I'm doing this, but here goes.
I'm terrified I'm going to fail all of my gcses.
I don't know why, I'm predicted nothing less than an A, but I'm so scared that on the day my panic disorder's going to kick in and I'll have an attack in the middle of an exam, or I'll drop the ball and stop revising. My mum and dad put loads of pressure on me, my mum's always saying how there's 'no room for losers' in our family. I'm really struggling with panic attacks and depression at the moment, and I'm so so so scared that this is going to ruin my whole future. I've just lost my motivation- I literally just don't have the energy anymore, yet I'm always on edge because I know I should be doing something productive, but I just...can't.

    Firstly... breathe :hugs:

Have you spoken to your school about your mental health, etc.? - if you're worried about exams your doctor will be able to provide evidence for you to be able to sit in a separate room or have rest breaks (they help! :fluffy:).

Your GCSE results won't ruin your future - you're clearly intelligent (predicted all As) and as long as you stay focused and on track everything will be fine.
