Because you don't think you are a worthy of good things, and deep down believe you need to be punished?

Maybe you're afraid of getting used to the good things in your life in case they're taken away, so you create problems in order to keep your life at some kind of plateau to avoid disappointment, regardless you are deserving of a full, happy and fulfilled life and you do not need to be afraid of the good in life, hope you're ok op

Everyone who cares about me, I just want to hurt them and make them go away. Everything I know will help me, I reject and instead do the opposite. I'm ruining my own life.

You really need to speak to someone about this, a professional who will be able to talk you through what the problem is and will help you get past it
